Friday 24th October | 6:30–8:30 PM
Somatic Therapies Centre, Hove
With Ali Rabjohns – Therapeutic Arts Facilitator & Shamanic Practitioner
Step into a sacred space for deep healing, connection, and personal transformation.
Whether you’re seeking insight, clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, this circle offers a safe and soulful space to reconnect with your inner guidance.
Step into the ancient wisdom of the Andean Paqos — earthkeepers and bridge-walkers who live in deep relationship with the mountains, the elements, and the unseen world.
In this circle, we journey into the Three Worlds of Andean cosmology:
Ukhu Pacha — the inner and lower world of roots, ancestors, and deep healing.
Kay Pacha — the middle world of everyday life, relationships, and community.
Hanaq Pacha — the upper world of spirit, vision, and guidance.
Through ceremony, sharing, and guided practices, you will:
Explore how the Paqos walk between these three worlds with balance and respect.
Learn simple yet powerful tools for grounding, healing, and visioning.
Deepen your relationship with Pachamama, the Apus (sacred mountains), and your own heart’s wisdom.
This is a space for seekers, dreamers, and healers to gather in community — to remember, restore, and reweave our belonging with the living world.
✨ Shamanic journeying with gentle drumming
🌿 Connection with plant spirits, guides & power animals
💨 Energy clearing & ancestral healing
🌺 Ritual and intention setting
🎨 Reflection and optional creative integration
Each Shamanic Circle is guided by the collective energy, seasonal rhythms, and intuitive guidance — no experience is needed, just an open heart.

31oct7:30 pm10:00 pmSamhain: Beyond The BonesBeyond the bones
🍂 We can connect to our collective or personal ancestors by journeying to the upper worlds, to a place in the stars where they all gather and offer a deep well of support. When I visit this place with intention, I’m always warmly welcomed and encouraged to develop my talents and skills. I can communicate more easily with them at times of the year when the veils are thinner. Samhain or Halloween is traditionally the time of year when we bring into balance any ancestral issues, honour them on a personal and collective level.
If we do not heal our ancestors, they continue to live through us, and until they find peace, we do not find peace. Ancestral healing runs deep through our bones and our DNA. Being connected to my ancestral line brought me deep happiness, self-esteem, and a reason to continue walking and exploring my personal path further.
Another Ally at this time of year is the Cailleach. The Cailleach can be called upon as an ancient ancestral mother, or as a powerful and wise Goddess of winter, to support you whenever you face hard times, feel lost, or experience sadness or grief, as well as to honour and bless those who have passed over. She may sometimes be seen as the Celtic embodiment of Death, but as such, she needn’t be a figure to be feared, rather a wise Grandmother who guides the departed on their way when their time has come.
31st October: 7.30 pm at Hampe Nawasi Healing Lodge, Rodmell
💗 Created and held with the greatest of love and care by Ali Rabjohns and Joanna McEwen, this will be an evening of connecting to our ancestors and to ourselves:
🧡 Guided sound meditation
🧡 Shamanic fire ceremony and journeying
🧡 Poetry
🧡 Organic herbal teas and cake
..and delicious self-connection ✨
🌺 Ceremony brings people and communities together, provides spiritual nourishment, and deepens our connection to the earth and the wheel of the year as it turns. This helps us to stay strong in turbulent times and empowers us to move with more joy and grace through the changing seasons of our lives.
🍃 By the end of this experience, you will have had plenty of time in a safely held space to assimilate the busy months gone by, welcome the darker days ahead, and explore and deeply reflect upon the themes of balance and transition in your own life.
➡️ Spaces are limited, and booking is essential. All adults are welcome. We ask for an investment of £25; concessions are available on request.
➡️ Drop us a line at enquiries@alirabjohns.com. It’s possible to pay via BACS to bypass Eventbrite fees. We look forward to seeing you there! 🙏
“As we turn inward, we have a chance to reconnect and commune with what the ancient Greek philosopher Proclus called ‘the causes of our becoming.” In other words, it’s a period of recalibration as we turn back toward our essential knowing. It’s an incredibly potent time for creativity since the seeds of truth that we care for in the coming dark will break through in the spring” 🍎❤️

Honouring the Eleventh Clan Mother – Walks Tall Woman
We gather under the Full Moon to honour Walks Tall Woman, the Clan Mother of the Eleventh Moon Cycle, through a fire ceremony and prayer circle. Together, we will make offerings to the fire, bringing our prayers and dreams into form. All materials will be provided.
Each month, I share teachings from Jamie Sams’ 13 Original Clan Mothers. These stories invite us deeper into the sacred archetypes, helping us rediscover our gifts and creative powers through sisterhood and mythic wisdom. This circle is open to everyone ( Not just women)
You walk in beauty, Mother,
Allowing all to see
The glory of the Great Mystery
That sets your spirit free.
Guided by the bliss inside you,
Walking it through your deeds,
Never needing another’s approval,
Your heart’s truth takes the lead.
With focus and directness,
You teach me how to walk,
Balancing thought and action,
Instead of misusing talk.
I stand straight in your presence,
I hold my head up high,
With my feet rooted in Mother Earth,
My arms embracing Father Sky.

“These three days have been more than a course; they have been an initiation. From the moment we opened the directions and called in the mountains, rivers, sun, moon, stars, and ancestors, I felt held in a sacred container of light. This was not just learning a technique — it was stepping into a living tradition of prayer, practice, and protection.
For me, the biggest shift has been realising that healing does not come only from working on my own ‘problems’. The deepest healing has flowed through exchanging energy, learning from others, and being in community. Even before the final ceremony, I could feel pieces of my soul returning, like parts of a jigsaw puzzle finally finding their place.”
– SR, Mystical Path Student, Lewes 2025
“I appreciate your gentle holding of all of us and your authenticity and humility in everything that you do.”
– Second-Year Mystical Path Student
“This work has also been a blessing for the land. The ceremonies, the despachos, the prayers — they felt like seeds planted into the earth, seeds that will grow into renewal for the land, the community, and for all of us who walk this path. It is humbling to know that as we heal ourselves, we are also in service to life itself.
I leave this training not only with knowledge, but with a renewed sense of trust and purpose. I feel more grounded, more complete, and more connected. It has been a gift, and I know this is only the beginning of a lifelong journey.”– Soul Retrieval Workshop Participant 2025
