You are invited to study with Pampamesayok Don Agustin and his son Santos Machacca Apaza, both paqos from the Q’ero nation in the High Andes of Peru, who have kindly agreed to share their teachings about the Ñ’usta Mesa with you. This course will also be supported by Ali Rabjohns, who is an experienced practitioner from this tradition.

Our intention is to honour these ancient wisdom teachings, as a powerful way to strengthen our spiritual connection, bringing blessings to ourselves, our families, the wider community and our planet, through this healing lineage.
This practice can allow you to reconnect with and develop your own authentic power, your intuition, with the support of your allies and nature beings. This helps to grow your resilience, allowing you to explore your own authenticity and gifts along the way.
A Ñ’usta mesa or misha is the Andean practice of creating a medicine bundle with the help of the seven Ñ’usta nature goddesses. By the end of your time, you will have the confidence to face any life challenges ahead. The course will help you to connect more deeply to Pachamama and the Apus, giving you a deeper insight into this authentic mystical path. We will be exploring the Ñ’usta Misha contents and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions.
Course Details: This course is well-suited for beginners to intermediate-level mesa carriers. In addition to an in-depth study of Andean wisdom, you will be supported to:
Create a Ñ’usta mesa for personal and professional practice
Learn energetic care practices for yourself and your mesa
Grow perspective on your own sacred path in life
Develop resilience, strength, and confidence by deepening your knowledge of the Andean Cosmo-Vision
Connect with spirit allies for communion, guidance, and support along your path
Explore and develop a committed, daily spiritual practice through receiving seven energy transmissions called Karpay in two separate sessions.
Please note: You will be expected to attend all sessions, it isn’t possible just to come for one session.
Ñ’usta Mesa course (1-Month Online Mesa Course) will meet every week on a Tuesday during May 2024. Classes begin on April 30th, 2024, and end on May 28th of 2024. We will be meeting at 8 pm UK time. This time is suited to accommodate international participants. During each of these four sessions, you will have the opportunity to connect with Pampamesayok Don Agustin Machacca Florez, and Santos Machacca Apaza in a small group setting.
All sessions are recorded and made available after each meeting. Resources are provided where needed.
Each of the four, two-hour sessions, as well as the weekend workshops, will be facilitated from Quechua to Spanish and English.

This is a beautiful opportunity to deeply connect with and explore your own divine feminine energy. It’s a gift of your full womb power, connecting you to your feminine side.
You will receive the Karpay connected to the beautiful spirit of a feminine mountain.
These are very heart-centered karpays, which encourage your heart to expand its energy field even wider, in the right direction. Receiving them will help you to develop a committed, daily spiritual practice through receiving seven energy transmissions called Karpay in two separate sessions.
This can be a stand-alone workshop, or you can also benefit from participating in the Ñ’usta Mesa Workshop, which is a series of four evening classes over the course of the month of May.
These sacred rites are experienced through ceremony and will help you to gain perspective on your own sacred path in life. As with all transmissions, the whole body and the etheric part of us will be affected, slowly opening up and releasing the energy that no longer serves you.
Before we receive each Karpay, Don Agustin gives an explanation of each one. This is a beautiful way to “fall” even deeper into the Andean energy shifts and understanding with our hearts.
By the end of your time, you will have a deeper insight into this authentic shamanic path. You will have plenty of time to deepen your connection with this divine Andean tradition and Mother Earth.
These seven karpay will support you to open up to your own feminine source within. They will peacefully enter your heart and slowly strengthen your connection to this special energy. Enabling a deepening of the feminine energy within. They will also have a ripple effect on your exterior world. The Ñustas are also in connection with the waters and the mountains and of course Pachamama, so in time you will feel a deeper connection to “everything” and move your life forward from this standpoint.

These online classes are an excellent preparation for the optional Pilgrimage in the mountains of Peru (August 2024) – dates to be confirmed. This is a beautiful opportunity for you to expand your experience of the teachings in the High Andes and integrate into the Q’eros community.

Pampamesayoks source their power and information from the land. The medicine people within the Q’ero nation are known as “Paqos,” which means “priest or mystic” in Quechuan, the language of the Inca. Being in the full presence of this ancient wisdom can forever change the way we perceive the world around us. It opens the infinite door into our Ll’ankay (the power of service and body). Yachay (the power of mind, wisdom, and knowledge) and Munay (the power of Love, willpower, and emotions).
