Join us for an evening Shamanic Circle exploring Hummingbird Medicine — a teaching from the Andean tradition associated with destiny, vision, and the soul’s calling.
Hummingbird reminds us that courage does not come from force or certainty, but from following what brings us alive. At this seasonal threshold, we’ll gather to listen for what is quietly emerging and take one gentle, aligned step forward.

Ali and Ginny May the returning light bring balance to your being, and may what

May the returning light bring balance to your being, and may what has been quietly forming within you begin to emerge into life. May the promise of spring awaken hope, courage, and gentle renewal in your heart.
Blessed Spring Equinox
BALANCE – EMERGENCE – NEW LIFE
A warm invitation to join us in circle as we celebrate the Spring Equinox in the peaceful surroundings of the Sussex National Park and our Sheelagh Na Gig Eco Lodge.
Sunday 15 March 2026 · Waning Moon (moving towards the New Moon on 19 March)
10 am – 4 pm
Hampe Nawasi Healing Lodge, Rodmell
At the Spring Equinox, light and dark stand in perfect balance. The earth is stirring, sap is rising, and life long held beneath the soil begins to press towards the surface. This is a threshold moment in the Wheel of the Year — a time of emergence, recalibration, and quiet readiness for growth.

Held under the waning moon, this gathering offers a reflective pause to reconnect with intentions seeded at Imbolc and to notice what is now beginning to take shape. Together we will honour the delicate balance between rest and movement, inner listening and outward expression.
We will gather in a circle to work ceremonially with the energies of balance and renewal — grounding into the body, releasing what no longer needs to be carried forward, and making space for new life to emerge. Through guided meditation, ritual, and creative practice, we honour the Equinox as a time of integration, alignment, and gentle activation.
The creative focus of the day includes nest-making, embroidered seed amulets, and herb journalling — practices that invite care, patience, and embodied reflection. These are offered as slow, intuitive processes where hands, heart, and imagination work together. No prior experience is needed; everything is guided gently and accessibly.
This is a space for balance, reflection, and soft emergence — an opportunity to listen closely to what is beginning within you and to prepare a welcoming inner landscape for the season ahead.
Seasonal question:
“Where am I beginning to emerge?”
💗 Created and held with the greatest love and care by Ginny Farquhar and Ali Rabjohns, this will be an immersive and light-hearted day of:
🧡 Guided meditation and circle work
🧡 Creative focus of the day: nest-making & embroidered seed amulets
🧡 Herb journalling and seasonal reflection
🧡 Organic herbal teas, cake, and nourishing self-connection

🍃 By the end of this experience, you will have had ample time in a safely held space to prepare for the spring ahead, reflecting deeply on the themes of balance, emergence, and new life in your own journey.
“And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.”
— Meister Eckhart
Please bring a poem if you would like to.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be provided.

About us:
🍃 Ali Rabjohns MBACP (Accred.) Ali Rabjohns
Ali Rabjohns is a therapeutic arts facilitator and shamanic practitioner based in Sussex, UK. Her work weaves felt-making, mindfulness, and spiritual practice, drawing inspiration from the ancient landscape of the South Downs and the living energies held within natural materials. Creating gentle, non-judgemental spaces for exploration, Ali invites creativity as a path of presence and healing — where touch, colour, and rhythm support connection to self, community, and the natural world.
Together, Ginny and Ali create spaces where land, material, and imagination meet — inviting participants into slower, more mindful ways of making and being.

Accessibility & Care
All practices are offered with flexibility and care. No prior experience in shamanic work or textile making is required. Everything can be adapted to individual capacity, energy levels, and physical needs. This is not about making ‘beautiful things’, but about process, presence, and relationship.
Like petals, each person carries their own beauty, their own worth, their own identity.
When we honour these differences, they open together into a harmonious, beautiful bloom.
Pricing & Booking
Each seasonal gathering is offered on a sliding scale of £80–£90.
May hands remember what the heart knows. May creativity be prayer. May the land continue to guide us.
With warmth,
Ginny and Ali
