We honour the Clan Mother of the fourth moon cycle, ‘Looks Far Woman’, with a fire ceremony and a prayer circle.

For this powerful Full Moon in Scorpio, we will be making offerings together for the fire. Please bring your prayers and dreams; all materials will be provided.

I’m offering the teachings of Jamie Sams about the 13 Original Clan Mothers each month. Each story is a beautiful way to tune into the different aspects of ourselves as we journey along the sacred path. This helps us to discover our gifts, talents, and abilities of the feminine through the ancient teachings of sisterhood. The circle is open to everyone!

The shining lights of stars,

The faces of the Ancestors,

The visions appearing to me,

Bring a warm blanket.

Possible offerings for the fire: rosemary sprigs, cinnamon sticks, dried lavender, dried flowers, tobacco, cacao, sage, small wax candles, or palo santo.

Please bring a song or a poem to share after the fire, as well as warm clothing and snacks. If you need to sit down, then it’s best to bring a blanket or a camping chair for a front-row seat! Please wear suitable footwear for muddy conditions.

Bring shakers and small hand drums or rattles if you have them.
